Description

This Complete Fountain Solution is designed for both Sheet fed and Web presses utilizing Hybrid UV (HUV) cured Inks or Light Emitting Diode (LED) Inks.

Dosing & Directions

Use 3-5% (3.5-6 ounces/gallon) as a 1-step fountain solution. Mix thoroughly and set the recirculation tank temperature to 50-54 F.

Recommended starting dosage is .3% when using automatic doser.

Prevents metering roller feedback, greatly reduces the chance for ink over emulsif cation, ink piling, mottling, and scumming.
