Pre-Bake Solution and Finisher

Description

This proven Pre-Bake Solution and finisher will protect all aluminum printing plates during the baking process. It can also be used as a plate finisher. This product contains an additive which prevents mold growth, and it will not gum up the processor. It is available ready to use and as a 1 to 3 concentrate.

Plates Processed

Pre-Bake Solution works with all bake able aluminum Conventional, Thermal, and Violet printing plates.

Directions

Use at room temperature. Use according to individual plate manufacturer’s baking requirements. Do not rinse with water. When using by hand, buff dry with cotton pad.

SUPER CONCENTRATE

Our Pre-Bake Concentrate is used as a 1 to 3 concentrate. 1-gallon of Concentrate will make 4-gallons of Finisher. No special mixing equipment required. This product has additives and buffers to handle all water conditions including high and low pH, and hard and soft water conditions.

Ready to use available in gallons, 5-gallons and 55-gallon drums.

Concentrate Available in quarts and gallons.
