Description
This proven Scratch Resistant Plate Finisher will eliminate scratches and fingerprints due to handling, stacking, auto loaders, clamping, bending, punching and other scratch causing events. This finisher can be used with any metal plate and protects from oxidation for up to two weeks in proper storage environment. With powerful biocides which prevent mold, algae and other growth, it will not gum up the plate processor.
Dosing & Directions
This product is ready to use and should not be diluted.
Clean and rinse your existing plate processor with warm water. Add Tuff Stuff Scratch Resistant Plate Finisher to the processor and just verify that plates are coming out with a thin even layer and that the plates are completely dry upon exit.
When applied properly the life expectancy is 1500 square feet per gallon.
