Our silicone emulsions are available in 32%, 40% and 60% active emulsion of silicone oils, formulated specifically for web printing applications.
Dosing & Directions
The optimum concentration will be a function of print conditions including press speed, paper type, temperature and humidity. Start evaluations at 5%-6%
(6.5-7.5 ounces per gallon of water) for 60% silicone emulsions, adjust as needed to achieve desired performance and cost.

Storage and Shelf Life
The shelf life is 12-months from the date of manufacturer when stored between 35 and 104F in the original unopened container. Do not allow the product to freeze.
